Last night, while I was watching Buletin Utama, one new advertisement on Rakan Muda is shown. The refreshed Rakan Muda is inviting all youth & teenagers to join the program which is applicable to teenagers that ages below than 27 years old.

If you are born on 1981 and before, you cannot join this program anymore . According to the www.2-u.com.my (the official of refreshed Rakan Muda), Rakan Muda programme is based on the transformation of an implementation philosophy which had a focus on the individual, to one which has a focus on the community.
